Poker Stars, $0.10/$0.25 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 6 Players

SB: $25 (100 bb)
BB: $29.22 (116.9 bb) 17/12/4.8 180h
UTG: $1.44 (5.8 bb)
Hero (MP): $27.60 (110.4 bb)
CO: $26.64 (106.6 bb)
BTN: $75.83 (303.3 bb)

Preflop: Hero is MP with A A
UTG folds, Hero raises to $0.75, CO calls $0.75, 2 folds, BB calls $0.50

Flop: ($2.35) 4 6 J (3 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $1.50, CO folds, BB calls $1.50

Turn: ($5.35) 7 (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $3.20, BB raises to $9.18, ??

I guess we can go for pretty safe fold vs such guy? Most likely a flopped set?

What do you think about checking turn? There are practically no draws and I don't think we can get 3 streets of value from him. So we can check turn and call or bet river.
As played, unless he has 15% raise vs cbet or higher, I guess we should fold.

Well, thats what i did. The only hand that comes in mind which isnt a set is 76s because of preflop action. Hands like A♠:J♠: or K♠:J♠: he would call imo. There is no point looking in detailed stats because of sample size.

Never seen nit raising here with worse than 44.

I don't like checking turn, we can still get value from 88,99,TT, Jx, QQ.
From my experience nits preflop can make wider calldowns postflop and we shouldn't really worry about getting bluffraised somewhere postflop.

Hey guys.

Flop for value is fine.

I think checking turn is a poor option here since there are so many worse hands we can still extract value from. Our hand is potentially worth 3 streets of value and we don't want to give this up by checking one street.

Turn x/r is a very strong line at this limit so I think bet/fold is pretty reasonable without history.
