Disclaimer: nlhe 6 max cash guy so may be spouting nonsense here.

Usually in NLHE I call off here w QT as SB and MP prob aren't folding and we'll be getting the right price by a lot.

However, here don't we block our own outs pretty hard? And isn't the type of hands that call 3bets and then give action on the flop going to always be stuff like broadway rundowns/pairs? So most if not all of our outs are going to be out of play already here? I think its a fold but it could be close. At a guess I'd expect we need something like 15-20% depending on how often SB/MP are gonna call. Maybe 18% is reasonable. I guess then its just a matter of figuring out a good estimate of how many outs we can discount.

Hero has 12 outs to the nuts and backdoor flushdraw. To stack off hero needs 15% equity and has at least 25%. Shove and start dancing!

What could they all have if not heros outs ?

I mean, can we really be sure we have 12 outs here given the action ? cause it is not like on has KKxx, other one have JJxx and the third 77xx.
if one of them have top set, at least one of the other two is gona have a hand that hits that flop and have our outs. Also it is not like they are playing totally disconected hands, they are gona have like QJT9, QJT7, QJJT, KKQx, AKQT, and stuff like that, so if our outs are on their hands, do we still have equity ?

Short asnwer? Yes definetly. You need 15% to brake even. 15%! We basically reach the worst possible scenario here with literally every out block, yet we are still above the threshold.
