Pre: This is a clear 3bet preflop. In this particular situation you can reraise around 12% which includes all types of AAxx and also lots of other hands.

Flop: I would make a small token bet otf to get value from underfulls like TT+, very bad player might call your tokenbet with 55xx+ underfulls here. Your hand is also not invulnerable: a K or Q can give villain the better hand.

Turn: I would raise here small to for same reasons like on the flop. The minbetting going on is reducing the likelyhood of someone having Jxxx.

River: I would raise here half pot to get value from a weaker underfull especially from KKxx, sometimes QQxx.

Summary: on tripped boards u can usually get 2 bets of value with your non-nutted top-underfull, a backdoor overfull or quads is usually unlikely. You got tricked by their minbets and did not bet any street by yourself so you missed to get value on all streets.

The only concern with Four other Players on the flop is that they hold 16 cards combined out of the remaining 52-7 = 45 cards, which means that somebody has the remaining Jack at least 35 pct of the times.

I've just made a calculation. Yes, indeed the likelyhood of someone holding a is quite high, with rough range-estimations it should be around 28% that 1 player has quads. But the remaining 72% they have something worse.

But thats not a problem he has to reveal his handstrength by raising otr at the latest and we have an easy fold. We can still get the value from underfulls by betting. It also allows us to steal the pot sometimes with air when we v-bet more than just quads. Remember with quads there is no such a domination scenario with higher kickers like you have it in a trips-vs-trips matchup.

I think 3-bet is a must. This hand does not play well in MW pot, and MW pot means likely no aces left in the deck. I think you should somehow try to squeeze some more value. If the jack is out there it will be obvious , but many bad players can donate a lot in this situation. I think donking is a good idea.

What action OTT if you bet/call and one player drops out?

I would bet 1/3, and if being raised it would depend on who raises. In general, J doesn't usually raise.
