Topset turn/riverplay

I wouldn't open this from UTG. As pretty much the only thing you can hit hard is Q-set, and getting good value for a set oop is pretty hard.

When opponent calls the flop he probably has a flush draw, straight draw or a weak made hand. Against two of those you get better result from betting the turn, so I would definitely bet it. You too have one blocker to straight draws. If opponent raises, give him credit of a straight and see what kind of odds he will give you. Once he calls, I don't think he has the straight that often. He might have a made hand, but most likely he has either picked a draw or he has the flush draw with it.

River is a complete blank, so now the question is how to get max value against his range. Options are bet or c-c. If he has T9, you will lose anyway that one bet. So you shouldn't be worried about his straight. Focus is on how the best value against his weak made hands and air.

He seems to be pretty passive, so I don't think he is going to bluff his missed flush draws. And I don't think he is going to call the turn with bare flush draw, in weakest he has AK+fd etc. Bigger part of his range has Q in it or an overpair. So to get the best value you need to represent a bluffish betsizing, not too small and not too big. 45'ish.
