Bubble 66 vs big stack BTN raise

ICM is pretty ugly here, but you are the short stack here. So QQ+ would be to tight I think to shove here. It’s also good to know what kind of ranges you gave the BTN here, because he seems passive pre and post flop. So 66 is most likely still a fold, because I don’t think you have much fold equity against this type of player, but 99+ and AK would be a easy shove for me.

Even though CL seems passive he must have a hunch that he should OR wider on BU and as a CL that is why I would extend his OR range at least 2 times of the number that stats show us and also adjust it according to the strange logic which the fish players most often employ (raising predominantly all Ax hands, high broadways and limping 22-66 type of hand) and put him roguhly on smth like that

and take 21 percent of this range and name it a calling range based on my experience.
If I was correct about the present cirsumstances the calculator shows that I should shove top 5% TT+/AQo+/AJs+

I think I decided about this hand too quickly, my thinking went something along the lines of
he 3X with AK so hes clearly weaker here, I can just shove and get him to fold, and if he does call I have a pair so at worst flipping

But on the bubble that is probably very flawed logic against the a fishy CL

Is there any merit to calling 1BB and either trying to check it down or check/shoving on boards like this one with just 1 overcard, with 14 or 15BB I think I still have the same FE against the other SS so can I afford the 1BB?

I think calling is close without position as well coz if he has at A high you get called at least on 1 street on almost anyboard and and then you will have to give up. Putting a bet will be quite costly in relation to your stack and you lose the ability to apply pressure on other SS if you lose the hand.
