Fold preflop ATo has terrible reverse implied odds at this stage...

Flop bet is okay I would normally go for a little bit more.

180 on that tourncard is way too weak.. not even 1/2 of the pot... make it around 300 chippies here...

why would you block bet when you have position to check behind?

either bet proberly or checkbehind if your feeling weak here... you don't block bet in position

I think i wrote it in the wrong way, i wasnt blocking as in blockbetting.

I bet 180 there because mostly a better hand reraises me and a worse ace calls, tho the flush came what a surprise 'not'... happily bringing me another ace. ..

i dont like limping such weak unsuited aces.
as mentioned you dont have any implied odds only reversed...
but in this position you might limp if you feel like it if your postflop skill is good enough to let a top pair mid kicker hand go.

as played i like the flopraise. there is no real need to raise more. you got top two, there is no flush draw or oesd out there, so the lower end of our raisingsize is fine here.

the turnbet is just a loser. now a flushdraw is there. the king has turned the QJ gutshot into a straight and gives any TJ,TQ or else a gutshot. i think you need to bet here ! but you need to bet strongly to make them pay for their draws.
checking behind is just too anxious. thats the play of a chicken and we dont want to be chicken, but sharks
so bet around 3/4 of the pot. you still have a good two pair, and if someone comes over the top we`ll habe to reevaluate.

its not about the early stages in the tourney... its about scared chip play. if you have the chance to make a few chips early in the tourney -> take it !

Well, there is always a reasoning to what we do I gained information by making that smallish bet and that was the purpose.

so what information did you get ?
you got the information they had something. and thats it.
still you gave them the right odds to call to. and thats a big big mistake.
if you bet more, you still get some information AND you deny them the proper odds for calling.
so anybody who called your flopraise is going to call your small bet on the turn for shure !
so you dont gather ANY information by such a small bet but
"hey i`m not going to fold to a weak bet"
so what would you do if somebody tries to take the pot at that spot, raising you ? would you fold ? would you call ? would you reraise ?

i dont get it.
what kind of information do you get from a bet which is called no matter what cards they are holding ?
you are hoping for a raise to get the information you are beat ?
