Pre and flop standard imo.

I would always bet turn. You have fair amount of potential semibluffs on turn and you obviously want to get money in with nut trips.

As played river is absolutely mandatory call versus half pot. You have underrepresented your hand heavily and while villain might not value bet weaker he can be bluffing. We only need to be good 25% of time.

Any info about the villain in the hand would be nice. Pre-flop A8s could be a 3bet sometimes as well.
The rest is basicly what ghaleon already mentions with betting the turn for value and protection.
A 4th :spade: on the river would hurt you're hand as well.

Deffo bet the turn, you want to get value from Tx and hands like 99 that have gone into pot control mode, also Villian sometimes has a worse 8 which might slow down if the flush completes on the river.
