I recall one hand from tourney about 2 weeks ago i keep wondering about "what would you do if" (actual hand finished after my bet on the flop).

So a little story:
I'm in the MP1, on the BB sits one quite good local player with noticable sucesses here. He is playing quite aggressive most time, he is also capable of making long-shot bluffs with right position, he is also holding a small grudge against me from earlier game. Similar description goes to my image at this table, altho i play a bit more conservative than he does.
I got stack around 17m and he got a bit more, 22m as i recall. It's 9 handed and there are 60 ppl left from inital 100.

So i pick A :heart:K  and it's folded to me so i raise 3bb and its folded to BB who calls, i put him here on 22+, 45s+, AJ+. Also possible that he will slowplay AA in this spot.
Flop comes with 3 :heart:6 :heart:7 :spade: and i raise it by half of the pot, he thinks for a bit (lets say 15 seconds) and comes over the top. At this point i can only fold or go allin.

So how you will play in this situation ?

I guess there not other option than go all in. I can't see a reason to fold this one, I guess this is far away from the money, isn't it?

yea you have to call.
you have perhaps as many as 9+6 outs.
sometimes your are ahead vs another FD or straight draw.
no way to get out here.
