7 players post ante of 0.12 BB, SB posts SB 0.5 BB, Hero posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 2.34 BB) Hero has A♦ Q♠

fold, fold, MP raises to 3 BB, fold, fold, fold, Hero raises to 13.93 BB and is all-in, MP calls 10.93 BB

Flop: (29.2 BB, 2 players) K♦ T♣ 8♣

Turn: (29.2 BB, 2 players) 6♠

River: (29.2 BB, 2 players) 4♣

MP wins 29.2 BB

So, FT in a PKO tournament 2,20 buy-in, 14BB, against the chip leader who is opening a lot of hands (maybe not raising 3x PF, which I should've noticed, but not sure it would make me act otherwise).
Is there a way out of this situation?
The fact that there are 3 players with a shorter stack changes anything?

I don't play much tournaments, but it looks like its standard play, you don't have much room to 3bet.

You going to be in this spot over and over again in tournaments.

I guess it would depend on the pay jumps, but I don't think I can fold in this spot and wait on one of the shorter stacks to bust before me.

I have moved your hand to our tournament hand discussion board. There fits it better.

Seems like a easy push in a PKO. Offcourse villains 3x raise could be a tell, but without reads it's always a push. Without knowing the paid out structure of the FT it's tough to calculate ICM in spots like this.
