Should I call river?

Villain seems really tight, but still tough to fold top pair top kicker.
Read less I would most likely call.

Most of the time I would Cbet turn 4bb and shove the river for value.

Pre-flop: This is a standard raise pre, but with stacks this big I would probably open 2.5x or even 3x from UTG and also Middle positions. (but that is my preference)
Here you need to think about his range with what hand the SB defends against a min raise ?

Flop: You hit a top pair top kicker and also a flush draw, so here I would bet at least 1/2 pot against a player this tight. Most of the time you are ahead here, so you need to target any draw and any Ax that are in his defending range.

Turn: The J♠ don't change that much the board. In my opinion if he had AJ pre he would 3-bet you most of the time ( with that stats he is a player that knows some poker strategy). So again I would bet a little bigger. And also by betting this small you pretty much say that you don't have a very strong hand.

River: Now he gets aggressive, so again you need to think about his defending range. Is he doing this with hands like A5, K5, 56, 45? With the way you played until the river you say to me that you have an Ax hand most of the time or even 2 and that king of hands will definitely call an all in from him on the river.
Again this is a micro stake tournaments so usually players don't bluff this spots.

I agree with mariussica88 about the sizing pre-flop and the turn is especially needing a larger bet — 1/2 pot would be my choice.
Your betting tells a story. It says, "I'm not completely confident in my hand"

Now the question is, "Does SB know enough to bluff on a paired board, or does he really have a 5?"

Yes, larger bet OTT for sure.

OTR I actually put myself in this awful spot. I tried to make him believe that I actually didn't have a strong hand (when TPTK and nutflush draw is a monster for me, specially that I was putting him on some sort of flush draw, Ax). But I didn't believe he could be beating me in any of the streets.
