Yes, Pokerstrategy is a great place to learn and we have all you may need to improve your game and help be a winner!
As long as you are willing to work hard at your game, there is no limit to where you might end up.
Here is a list of the coaching for MTT and SnGs you can attend for your status level. They are free to attend and you can ask questions of the coach as he plays live and explains what he does.
