After a bit of research, I think my fold to cbet stat is maybe a bit low so I want to find some spots that I should be folding on the flop but not really sure where to start. Any suggestions? VPIP/PFR 22/19, fold to cbet 43%

what stakes?
What stack depth

It is hard to look at one stat in isolation from all the others.
So if you have a high VPIP (and 22 is high for Full-ring, and maybe a bit high for 6-max) then folding more to CBets might make sense.

If you're facing CBets, then you called pre-flop.
You could consider 3Betting some of those hands, and folding some.
Now you're facing fewer CBets — and making more yourself.
When you do face a CBet, now you have a stronger range.

consider flop texture — what are your minimum requirements to call a CBet?
Will you call with:
:diamond:  bottom pair?
:diamond:  middle pair?
:diamond:  open-ended straight draw?
:diamond:  gutshot?
:diamond:  flush draw?

When playing OOP, instead of calling the CBet, consider the check/raise
What hands would be strong enough to do that with?

That's super useful, thank you!

I play mostly full ring SnGs, $5 buy ins. Not sure whether that changes your thoughts on my VPIP being high (never looked at this in too much detail but I must start out a lot tighter and then loosen up as players get knocked out) but your comments give me a couple of avenues to start looking at this (especially looking at potentially 3betting more) so huge thanks! :)
