Do coaches on this site still evaluate the hands in forums? A few years ago there was like a hand limit or you needed diamond.

Yes, there once were "hand evaluation" forums, where you could post hands, and a coach would review them.
These were replaced with the "hand discussion" forums you see now.
Some coaches -- like Kyyberi for example -- do still discuss hands in the forums, but they do it voluntarily.
