I am losing about 1 BB for every SB and 1 1/2 for every BB. I win at all other positions. Is that about normal or do you have some proven tips to improve that? I do see some players who actually make a profit in those positions. Oddly they lose in other positions. I should add. I rarely 3 bet from those positions and play pretty conservatively.

thats an easy one.
by folding each and every hand in the blinds you will improve to losing -0,5 in the SB and -1 in the BB.
Great point. So whatever I am doing it is too loose. May seem obvious but thank you. I must have changed something. I changed the filter to this week and am winning in both positions. I must have started out pretty loose or had a couple of big hand losses in the beginning. Only been online playing a month.
