I play STT SnG games and don't use this stat personally but have thought about it a few times. I can't comment on what percentage ranges would be good indicators for which action. Generally speaking though, I would think a low aggression % would indicate a passive player who is either going to fold to C-Bets often, or a calling station. A high aggression % is going to indicate a player who is likely to bet if you check or perhaps re-raise your c-bet. If you know this, you can exploit it to build the pot or if the player's actions don't match the aggression %, then it may be a hand you want to get away from.
