Hey AlexakaAce, I'm not a correct person to give such advice but I going to share what I do:
Select hands where I felt exploited or could win/losse chips.
Review de hand in a sfw like handreplayer answering the following questions: (example if I'm the aggressor)
- What is my position and the opening range is according what I expected or I open to wide?
- What is the villains stack size?
- There were any limper?
- What was my bet size? should I have a tell?
- What was my image table?
- What the opponents could consider as my range?
- Who are the villains? Information about them? Their range of cold call, 3bet, limper/call, etc,.?
- Flop: Based on pre flop analisys and all villains check - Was my cbet size ok? I'm betting for value or bluff? Based on perceived range they had in mind how they face this cbet?
- Go on to all streets.
Most important thing is to post your hand here to understand others point of view. I've recently posted a hand where I didn't realize shove pre flop was the best action.

For cash games, I've been using Leak Buster for years. It helps find my leaks and guide me on how to fix them. Atleast i wont have to manual scan my HH:f_biggrin:

If you never analysed/reviewed you hands I would suggest to go simple. What are the basic concepts that you understand at the moment?
Pre-Flop:
- Basic Hand Strength: Very basic here, you should have a pretty good idea of this. I say basic because we aren't considering opponent's range but purely hand rankings AA>AK, etc;
- Pot Odds: Do you grasp this concept? It is very important as it will probably be you most used tool to acknowledge the profitability of a play;
- Pre-Flop Ranges: I suggest going through the pre-flop ranges present in Equilab as a mere baseline. You can then look at previous hands and see if you deviate more or less from that;
Flop:
- Pre-flop action + basic understanding of Ranges: E.g.: You have A♠:K♥: UTG, you raise BTN reraises, everyone folds and you call. The flop is 6♠:2♦:T♠:, do you think that this is a flop that hits his range? Probably not, maybe a Cbet here can make him fold, maybe on the turn? If you did Cbet, you should see if it was the right size, for instance: in a flop like this you probably don't want to spend a pot bet or almost pot in your bluffs as this is not very wet (with the exception of the spade draw).
Turn:
- Pre-Flop and Flop action: he calls your Cbet on the flop and the turn is J♥:, is this a good card to continue bluffing with? What range do you put him on? He 3 bets you pre-flop, so we put him on high cards and PP: JJ+. We have the A♠: and the K♥: so we block both AA and KK, also AQ and obviously AK. As a jack landed on the board thus blocking JJ we can probably tend to QQ as the most possible hand (this can depend on your reads). Do you think a bet on the turn can make the opponent muck the hand? If you made that bet and you are now reviewing you can make a note of that.
River:
He called and you pick a K♠: on the River you get your pair thus winning over QQ but the spade draw completes. You bet (Did you think about the value here? You can start making these questions) and he reraises you! What now? Is he turning his QQ into a bluff? Is he a fish that got frustrated and shoves the river desperately trying to not "waste" his premium hand? Did he have the spade draw and got there? I mean, you block it! So you call and he has AA. What now? You thought wrong?
Basically reviewing you have the opportunity to slow down things and apply in a "safe" environment the concepts you have learned. If you still have doubts and think not only you played badly but also after reviewing seem to feel you haven't solved the problem, just post the hand, explain your thought process and expose your doubts! You will get a much better feedback if you explain and be very clear on your doubts than just post the hand saying e.g. I have KK, an A appears on the turn, what now?
Anyway, long post but I think it can help you

Pre-Flop - Raised/Limped Pot
Flop: Cbet? What can he have?
Turn: Does a 2nd barrel send his range away?
River: He shoves when you get there, what now?

I just a found a tool for that. Ion;y do not know how this will work. You may read about Holdem Manager 1. It is one of the biggest names in hand history or HUD software tools in Poker. Otherwise, you need to learn about : How to Win a Hand by Understanding an Opponent's Range
I found one that includes virtual tool for hand analysis. A Poker Ranger and Flopzilla are one of the best poker analysis software that I heard about.
