The same thing you explained in your first post happened to me yesterday on N8... I was playing 5/10 and 10/20 and obviously i was table selecting (as every +EV poker player does) but after i got the first warning about bum hunting i stopped and open-sat every table i wanted to play on 5/10 and 10/20 (since the games were soft enough anyways and its +EV on every table). Most of the games running only started because of me and i didn´t quit, unless my session ended (even played 2h+ HU sessions against other regs until they quit or my session ended). I wrote multiple emails asking about detailed descriptions of things that are allowed and things that would be recognized as predatory behaviour but i always got the same vage answer everyone else got, asking about this subtject. One time they even told me they couldn´t tell me what exactly was considered bum hunting because i then would stop doing it to not be "caught" by their system! But isn´t that the point?! To stop doing whats considered harmful and predatory behaviour?!
I even suggested ways for them to resolve this issue easily since
1) bum hunting doesn´t harm anyone since nobody is forced to play CGs and is allowed to play or not play in any game of their own choice
2) you can´t tell if a player is quitting the table because of the opponent he´s playing or if he stops because there´s an emergency or he´s just stopping to grab some food -> it´s all about interpretation and subjective oppinions (no facts) and you can´t ban people for such vage reasons (especially not keep their money!)
SO: if they really care about bum hunting that much, just make tables anonymous (you don´t see who´s playing in the lobby). That way if a player quits tables with the same player on it immediatly multiple times, you can (as a fact) prove that he´s bum hunting and remove him from the player pool. But since it´s quit obvious that N8 is just using it´s vage set of "rules" and predatory behaviour to remove the top winning regs, they probably won´t change any of it. I´m not just accusing them of doing this, but why would they let me table select and do everything i want for a couple of months (during a downswing when i started playing on N8) and then during my most profitable month they ban me for no reason without any explanation but the same vage link over and over again... Even after banning me they can´t excatly tell me when i was bum hunting or who i was trying to play/avoiding playing (if that really would have been the case they could just tell me since i can´t play on their network anymore anyways).
Concluding i recommend the following: If you´re a winning reg you can play MTTs and lowstakes on N8 very well and you´ll probably be fine, but if you´re planning on playing higher stakes you should stay away from the GGnetwork!
@Natural8Rep The way you deal with customers is really deterrent to regulars and if you keep it up it will shrink your playerpool rather quickly and games on 5/10 and 10/20 will pretty much cease to exist. This will hurt everybody: regs, recreational players and you (since you rake less/none). If there are no regs playing these stakes/opensitting them (because they fear being banned for no reason) recreational players can´t play either since none of them are willing to opensit a table for 2h+, then play HU for 1h and wait until the table is filled up just to play like 2 more hours before they end their session. I hope you will realise the importance of regs in these games and in the future change the way you treat them!
Additionally i don´t think recreational players feel harmed by regs wanting to play them (some might even want to play "the pros" to challenge them and see if they can keep up). If they were to dislike it they would simply stop playing in these kind of games. That would mean the games would be tougher, which would lead to regs not playing the games as much, which at some point would lead to recreation players being able to play the games again, since there´d be less regs playing them and the circle would start over... So you don´t have to intervene to keep the games running or satisfy recreational players needs. It would regulate itself over time and by intervening you might just make it worse!

After they delayed it multiple times, i finally got my money after 45 days. Didn´t want to reply earlier, since i felt they might not pay me at all if they´d feel threatened.
To everyone thinking about playing on Natural8: I strongly advice you not to play on their site since you´ll always be wondering whether your money is safe or not and whether they´ll allow you to cash out or not.

They said : I used bot.

I didn't used any program, or HUD or anything.
I offered them:
-I am ready any video making. Just they should say what they would like to see. I am ready to video myself, and my game in same time, or anything.
- I am ready to go anywhere all over the world. Where they have office. I am ready to play there.
So here only i offered solutions to solve the problem . They always answered the same .
Not only for me. The GGnetwork sent same answer to the skin too.
The GGnetwork, don't would like clear and fair investigation.
So they don't would like to check my video, they don't would like to check me in a office. They don't would like nothing.
They want only one thing: My money
It is a warning for all players, be carefull in GGnetwork. They are thieves
Unfortunatelly in pokerstrategy not possible to warning the players, because they delete the themes. But you can read more case in GGnetwork at 2+2.
It seems that the biggest predatory behavior is done by GG Network here. Bumhunting winning regs.
