I use already done preflop gtowizard ranges .my question is that I have read somewhere to eliminate 0 ev hands from the starting range to simplify the strategy .Is this correct to remove all 0 ev hands and solve like this in Gto + .Will the strategy be good.For example -utg opens 2.5x , Mp 3 bet and I receive only 6.6 combos for cold calling about UtG (all hands are +ev ).this is for 50 nl preflol ranges

there are a lot of near 0 EV hands - if you just remove those who mix between raising and folding, fine, i dont think theres much of a difference - however, if you remove like 0.1 EV hands also, the postflop strategy pair will be a lot different imo.
another point is that its not about your actual range, but more about what your opponent thinks about your range (and his range also). if you solve your suggested game tree, you are making the assumption that both players know each other ranges perfectly, but thats not the case in the real world.
my best guess about your strategy (drop near 0 ev hands) is that your fold 2 3bet frequency will drop and your 3bet calling range becomes stronger - making it harder for the 3better to play against you if he sticks to the general gto plan. however, villain will be compensated (in this scenario) with additional 2bet opens from his position, because you are folding more often. for example, lets say you hold 33 in hj and villain sits in co w/ Q8s. if you open he will fold, however, if you fold your default open instead villain is now able to open Q8s from his position, resulting in a net gain overall for him.
I remove only 0 ev hand.in my example utg cold call Mp 3 bet with AQs Ajs JJ QQ Kjs ,KQs AK with some portion of 4 bet and cold call
This range is with +Ev expectation
Ok gto wizard range with 0 ev hands is much bigger -supposing to call with 22+ A2s+ with some percentage of the time
But if solver can not gain possitive value how can I be able to do it with these type of 0ev hands
How you tell.me my range will be more strong
The other thing which I think it could be is when I am adding 0 ev in my range they will increase the expected value which I will take in future streets with my strong hands
