against passive guy i don`t think this is a good spot to shove in here, because he is ahead of you most of the time and you are not pot commited, so why a shove..? What is he raising with? better slushes and sets i think
I think T of spades is perfect barrel card for you, do like 1/2 pot size bet on turn and reevaluate later he may calls lots of flops like these with high cards + some draws.
