I play a little bitwith propokertools (thanks to "Internet") and it shows that 98s, 97s, 96s have similar equity distribution on flop/turn/river versus 10% range.
Is it true or I did something wrong?

try doing it vs a wider range. 10% is a really tight range which probably explains why there isn't too much of a difference. 8/7/6 doesnt make too much difference vs tight ranges besides the ability to flop a straight.
On the other hand against a 100% range, you see that 98s would probably have higher equity, because the 8 is an overcard to half the deck.
Just imagine doing the same simulation vs AA only. The only way to beat AA is to flop flushes, straights, 2 pairs and trips. There is a very insignificant difference between 96s and 98s in this case, besides the fact that 98s can flop a few more straights.

I think 65s does very very well vs tight ranges, it denies Ax the wheel straights.
And none of its own straights are hindered by Ax or any other highcards.
98s is worse, just because of cardremoval vs 'strong' hands, the range is blocking your straight cards more often.
Thats why A5s makes for a better bluff 3 bet than JTs, it is blocking only the valuerange and none of the foldingrange.
So I think 65s is the best bluffshove vs tigh range, if ranges get a little wider, include lots of PP, KQs QJs JTs also do really well.
