With your dipness I prefer call preflop and 4bet depolarized.

KQo is a sick hands vs his call.

As played with clubs ok check back turn for inducing river

It's interesting to know what your own though process was during the hand.
4betting without a plan isn't to smart to do I think.

its fine as played, you'll often lose to 88 or AQ but he might have a bunch of random stuff that you beat

I never played NL50, and not really sure, but is it ok to 4bet SB (who will never defend his 0,5BB with air) with a hand like KQo ?!?!

I think people at nl50 are probably 3betting 6% in SB vs CO, which means that KQo isn't doing too hot. so turning this into a 4bet bluff is fine. given stack depth and the fact that he'slikelier to be depolarized in SB when he 3bets (playing a 3b or fold strategy mroe often), a larger sizing of 3x is fine.

flop is fine - you have Kc
turn - i think a good strategy is to perhaps barrel the Q often with a 1/3-40% size (unless you think he has plenty of AQ that X/C the flop then it might be a bad card to barrel). you can check back the river after that cos it's hard to imagine yourself being too far ahead of AQ/JJ/TT/99 unless you think he calls down a lot w JJ TT 99
checking is fine too and obviously u call

I think betting turn is ideal, you put pressure on TT,JJ and AK and save yourself from this type of river bet. The Q should be better for our range so I think we can bet it. If villain raises turn we can probrably fold confidently because he will have QQ,AQ, KK or AA .when we check the turn it obv capps our range a bit villain can interperit this as weakness too

as played you have to kind of call the river. i dont get the 4-bet pre though.

Hey mate!

Those days I've been studying a lot of preflop, and KQo in this situation is pretty always fold, with a very very low 4bet frequency for this pot size ( like 3% or so )
