Preflop bet sizing

Hi those kinda games are hard ;
How far are they willing to go pre is the question.
Trying 3 bet off CU TOO BB USA possibility but will they just call you anyway?
Bad but I try to get to see their card a few times;
This could put you in trouble if he lands the nuts

Melbourne's casino cash games play like this. huge preflop action into tiny street bets. People will also call down 3 streets with bottom pair.

I deal with it by raising huge pre on a tight range and barrelling 3 big streets when i hit. Don't cbet except in semi bluff spots. They'll call.

The good news is if you do want to draw and your average felt nuffer opens preflop for 8 bbs, you can call and expect a cbet of as little as 5bb. I feel alot of people on felt are still very casual and have never been exposed to correct bet sizing information, or training on "why" to bet.

Crown's felt is softer than 2NL on stars.

Actually those games are the easiest. Probably easier than any online cash game.

The correct adjustment vs huge open raises (or iso raises) is to defend tighter range, only by 3betting (no cold calls).
If everybody limps, I wouldnt iso raise wide range, but value heavy, since there is no point (so something like KJ+AT+, 88+, and I would limp loose range (around 50-60%). If players behind are going to iso raise loose, then i would not limp (would also trap some hands that would limp 3bet if the pot is going to be iso raised big too often, likely would limp all value hands).

Postflop should be easy, if like 4-5 people mostly see flop, you should be just playing straight forward value hands, and if you see that somebody is folding. sometimes there are players who are folding too much postflop, and playing obviously, so you can bluff them. As I noticed, when players are betting or raising, 4way, 5way, it almost always value hand, so just dont call light, wait for big hands. Live poker is from my experience (stacks NL200, NL400) super easy, even easier than NL2 online poker, but the problem is that you can play only one table and only few hundred hands, where it happens often that you wait 1 hour for a hand to play (it can be very boring, but it can be also fun).
