Is it suited to the Ace?
What kind of player is on the BTN?
What kind of players are on the blinds?
Do you think you have skill edge vs. some or all of those players?
Those kind of things might affect your decision. But in short, if it's suited to the Ace then you should open it from CO, unless the BTN is a maniac.
