Hello i was trying to install sidekick but when i launch setup i get error:
The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135)
i tried to download setup couple times same happens.
I am using windows XP SP3 any ideas whats wrong?

Hey Jaccuzzi,
please make sure your Windows Installation is up to date! Install all available windows updates (especially the security related ones).
Please report back with a more detailed description of the error you are getting.
Also, try using Internet Explorer to download / run the installer.
it appears i did not have the microsoft .NET framework 3. I downloaded it manually and setup works now. Thanks
