Open that file with notepad or your favourite text editor and post the contents.

There are three possibilities:
1. There is some conflict between one of the modules of icmtrainer and windows 11
2. There is a corrupt file in icmtrainer
3. There is a corrupt windows 11 system file

1. Assuming that there is no corruption, try this:
 In Explorer, navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\PokerStrategy\ICM Trainer
 Right-click on ICMTrainer.exe and choose "Properties"
 Switch to the "Compatibility" tab, and click the button labelled "Run compatibility troubleshooter"
 Go through the steps in the troubleshooter. If you don't have this feature in Windows 11[1] , just change the compatibility to Windows XP Service Pack 3, which was the suggestion when I ran the troubleshooter.

If that works, then don't bother sending the log.txt file

[1] I just used Mrs Vorpal's Win 11 computer to check, and this feature does exist. From my quick checks, it appears that it bases its recommendation on the age of the file. Let's hope it works.
