What is PokerScientist?

Poker Scientist helps you understand the principles of poker as efficiently as possible.

The browser-based software gives you instant access to a GTO gameplan, containing billions of strategies for every relevant heads-up scenario. The gameplan was developed with simplification in mind, with Clustering offering a whole new way of understanding and internalising new strategies.

Poker Scientist's gameplan is calculated using computers that are several orders of magnitude more powerful than any desktop PC. Good question.
I suggest that you create a customer support ticket Follow the link then click the beside "Open a new ticket"
Give them all the details you can, such as your username, the date when you purchased PokerScientist and so on.

@SOHO999: The biggest difference from my perspective is the approach themselves. Snowie is an AI and Poker-Scientist is a mathematical approach (Nash-Equilibirum). The problem with the quality of AI decisions are that they are kind of inaccurate especially on Turn and River. So if you want to understand GTO to improve your whole gameplan with a community together, I highly advise to PS and I try to be as objective as I could in my position. If you like to get a feedback of your played hands and you can accept that the result is inaccurate, you will be probably fine with Snowie.
