I cannot join any tables on PC or Android.

Hey Guys,

after a long hiatus i tryed to get back to the tables. Unfortunatly when ever i buy-in on a cash-game no tables open.
I have the exact same thing on Android as well as on PC. It seems like i get seated but no tables pop up.
My bankroll also seems to get raked whenever i try if it works.
Support wasn't helpful so far - they promised to send me an e-mail after i send them my logfiles and described the situation.
I have never recived an e-mail.

Has anyone ever experienced a situation like that? What do you recommend?

Yikes!

If possible, install PokerStars on another computer — say that of a friend or family member.
If it works there, it's a problem on your computer.
If not, I would guess it's a problem with your account.

Since I experience the same problem on my Android smartphone as well as on my PC i also think its a problem with my account. I re-installed the software multiple times on both platforms and deleted the personal datasets and nothing has changed.

I contacted the support again, resent logfiles and i am currently waiting until i get an other promised e-mail from a technical expert.

I will update here if there is a solotion to this issue for forum purposes.

The previous post is from March 5, it's possible that there was no solution.

FWIW, I just joined a table of Omaha Hi/Lo from Canada.

No. I reinstalled the stars client several times. But I have no clue, why the tables do not open.

Every time I try, it cost me 1BB. But no table is visible. But when I just open for spectator, it works. So I cannot figure out why.
