Hi guys,
I've imported hands from GG poker but it doesn't display properly, and im not sure why!
It doesn't display big pots for some reason. Anyone had this issue or know what to do?

Can you please attach another screenshot showing the entire PokerTracker 4 window without cropping anything out either here or privately in a Support Ticket.

I have no filters applied (other then the stake), all hands showing, hero & GG poker selected. And i can assure you i've played pots bigger then 2.28$!
You are using PokerTracker v4.15.23 so update it to the latest version of PokerTracker 4 which is v4.15.27 (which has had several GGPoker changes). We recommend that you always keep up with new releases to take advantage of poker site updates, bug fixes e.t.c:
Next purge and reimport those sessions. If that doesn't change anything please send us the original hand history samples to us in a Support Ticket.

Hello, sorry but do you know why I can only import hands from cash games but not from Spins? Does anyone know how to import this data, on my PT4 I get an error when importing Spins

If you are not using the latest version of PokerTracker 4 please update it:
otherwise please zip/compress a sample of the hands you are trying to import and attach them to a Support Ticket.

This is a known GG Poker import issue. GG hand histories are limited, so trackers often miss all-in EV and big pot data. Make sure you’re using the latest tracker version and the GG-specific import option. If it still doesn’t show, it’s a data limitation not a mistake on your end.

The post you're replying to comes from 2011. I'm pretty sure it was resolved then.
I imported a bunch of spins yesterday into PT4, so it is indeed solved

I know hands with "Cash Drop" in Rush and Cash are not imported in Pokertracker, but shown as errors (unless fixed very recently), other than that I have not encountered any cash game issues myself.
