I was using Holdem Manager for a long time and now switched to PokerTracker. Is there a way to import hands from PokerStars into PokerTracker when I was playing with Holdem Manager? I've read that "Playing History Audit" saved in Text (CSV) format might help, but that didn't work for me.

The audit file provided by PokerStars does not contain the specific details of individual hands so you will need to request copies of your hand histories from them. Alternatively you may find all your original hand histories that were auto-imported by Holdem Manager 2 here:
C:\HM2Archive
To manually import hand histories from your hard disk into PokerTracker 4 select 'Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk'. Depending on the number of hands you have this import may take some time so I would not start this import if you have important poker sessions coming up as you cannot import manually and use PokerTracker 4 on live tables at the same time. If required you can break the import up into smaller chunks/folders.
