In the middle of a session. Using it some years. Support from Pokertracker nothing. It is like buying a car that does not drive.
The support ticket you opened on this subject was replied to.

Maybe we should wait till Nazgos responds before we belive any claims Rob makes. Max Value Software isn't renown for customer support or fixing problems.

If PT4 is crashing a lot, it may be that there is something else wrong
.
If you have updated to PokerTracker v4.17.4 that release has been pulled so if you are experiencing crashes please revert back to PokerTracker v4.17.3 while we investigate that:

I installed v4.17.4 — I did have only a single crash, but not while playing — it was while trying to import hands from PartyPoker.
Would you also recommend I revert to v4.17.3 ?

I'd recommend it especially if you experience any further crashes although you can also open a Support Ticket where we currently have an alpha version available for testing which should resolve the crashes.
