How can i get rid of these 2 positions columns. They where there at some moment and i can´t recover how and when they appeared.

This is a known bug in the current version of PT4 that can happen to some users, but not everyone. We are working to solve this issue automatically, but for the time being right click in the report select Configure Report, then click RESTORE TO DEFAULT. Click OK - this will solve your problem. Good luck!
