I'm constantly having to move hud stats for players on ipoker. My results do not always show when I've won and the hud often disappears sporadically.
Any tips or tricks greatly appreciated. Could this have something to do with my new computer processeor as this has caused issues with HM3 which led me to purchasing PT4. ??

If you move the HUD then make sure you are clicking the PT-icon and choosing 'Save Layout' so the new HUD positions are remembered for future tables. Also iPoker do not specify the table size in their hand histories so if, for example, you are playing a 5-max or 8-max table then you will need to use the PT-icon at the top of the table to 'Treat as 5-max/8-max' before you move and save the HUD positions.

Please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue you've described and then attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket along with a screenshot where a technician can check your logs and follow up with you. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4.
