If player open raises from CO, that's considered a steal, right? So if SB 3bets CO opener, 3bet steal stat will show it, right?
And if BTN 3bets CO opener, that's also 3bet steal, or not?

Yes. Also we sugest you look at 3Bet Steal as well as 3Bet Steal LP to compare the two.
