Non-Payment Of Player Points Boost For January

Had the same problem of all here.
They took away points, after some emails, they told how many points i did in dec-jan, with a three +/plus calc, showed to they that was impossible and they are wrong dont matter how many wrong points they credited.
After around 20 emails, support dont change, and i did a cash out and did a request to close my account. After 4 (FOUR) days, got the money in neteller.

Will grind now at PS, rarely you have any problem. Support are fast as know what is saying, no generic questions as support of Poker770. Cash out are insta, dont need wait FOUR days. Oh, and yes, there games 24/7.

May I ask when did you request the cash out, and then when did it appear in your neteller account? (i.e. did this all take place in February 2012?)

I wanted to know in order to confirm you got your money during this current month.

The fact that you did does ease my initial fear that this site may be about to fail like FTP did. The fact you got your money suggests this is currently not the case.

It does make their continued inability to pay cash bonuses via their VIP shop a matter of frustration and technical incompentance; rather than an inability to pay.

Well im happy that he got in 5 days however mine was requested 2ns Feb and still not got it from the shop even though i had an automated email back confirming the purchase. Also still not had any emails back from 770 support. So yeah decide for yourself

I think you have misunderstood, this is in respect of the money that was in his poker account. Like I said at least this shows this poker site is still solvent.

As for why they are not honouring cash credits from their VIP, hopefully the good folks here will have more luck finding out.

Maybe they generate more points ( so more rewards) than they can pay?
Dont make much sense since its come from rake, but when you use too much to pay the bills and make big rakeback begins to make sense (hmmm 27%weekly rake back, remember of anything? and what happened?...)

I finally got my $10 cash credit today, after I sent an email to support. Got an email reply from Daria who said that the cash credit had been made, then checked in my Cashier and there it was!

This would suggest that if anyone else hasn't been credited with their cash from the VIP shop, then send an email now. It worked for me! Perhaps their technical issues are finally over?

Omg i just read your post and decided to check my account and guess what money is actually in. Well 27 days delivery delay isnt pokerstars quality but i suppose beggars cant be choosers since i didnt expect anything from them.

For what its worth they did pay me the money eventually but nonetheless it all leaves a sour taste in my mouth, so kinda yeah...

was away from poker for a month or so, and when I checked my 770 account, they never credited me with 23.000 points from extra boost, which i was supposed to receive on February the 1st, acording to my bonus status page on their software!

Would be very nice to convert those points, now that I am starting to play again!!!
