There are 2 schools on this never bet without the aces high flush draw,always bet if you were the aggressor pre. You can rep the ace high draw.

On this board I bet/shove with the combo draws.

Yes monoton boards are good to c-bet people are usually scared you will get a ton of folds.
If you face resistance just give up, again people are scared of this boards and wont bluff, your T high fd (plus gutshot with discount outs and reverse implieds) is too weak.
