Well I think you need to take a step back and realise in my humble opinion, you just did not play enough poker as per the terms and conditions. You seem to have had a time limit in which to earn the points required. If poker 770 said you did not reach the target 
I think you will just have to accept that.
In a way, if you do get another bonus etc look carefully at any things you need to achieve on your end. Think of it like clearing a depositors bonus, you need to make it in the allocated time frame.
Also I am sure in some cases people just don't play with the 50 dollars received and or just leave it sitting in the account or do not reach targets. So the poker rooms reclaim this money rather than let it sit there :/
I feel sorry for you dude but this just seems to be something you will have to sadly live with.
About 7 months ago I played pretty regular there and I can say they never were a bad ipoker skin, they always answered my questions and cashed me out quickly for nice amounts of money.
They still offer me bonus amounts every so often to go back to play. So just keep a eye out on your email and maybe you will be lucky
