Great start to the campaign!

Playing on Pokerstars and went quite deep into some $1 dollar MTT's...proud of my play and got 2 bad beats. Played very well!

Bank roll is up to

+$35 for the session.

I'm going to take an hour break and join 2 more MTT's for the night.

What a great day on the MTT's! Spent around $25 dollars on the $2.50 180person tournaments and turned a profit again taking my bankroll to:

$157.79

Started my session around 7pm and now finishing at 2:30 am - with an hour break in between.

6 and a half hours clocked.

Getting to sleep by 4am...waking at 10am and going to put in 7 hours tomorrow.

Really nice start for you at Stars, you seem to be doing pretty well ;). I'm currently playing at 888poker, why not join there too, the action at CAM TABLES there is really fun, ( Yes i mean cam tables, we see each others faces while we play, so it becomes more interesting and we can really feel intense when someones bluffing or really got a hand, how we should act when we got really good hand or bluff lol) Also man, Can you post some graphs from HM2 here ,

Nice intro and great start to your grind!

If you like MTTs (and have time) try using your FPPs to satellite into some of the weekend big games. I made the Sunday Storm using just 30FPPs this week. It's a good way to get into a bigger Buyin without hurting your BR. Just remember there are 30,000 players all deepstacked so your looking at 4hours for ITM and 7-9hours for final table.

I already have an account at 888, I may join in a few months time, but I'm looking to grind some new comer bonuses first.
I haven't bought HM2 yet! Going to do that when I get a bit more spare change. Working quite a lot in the next 2 weeks so I'll invest then.
What software do you use? What results have you seen from using the software?

I have around 370 Fpp so I will focus on that over the next few weeks! I've done it in the past but haven't had a lot of success. I did however get a free ticket to the Anniversary 1M tournament on pokerstars...you playing that too?

Yeh I know it's 7-9 hours for final table...I'm going to schedule better over the next 4 weeks.

What games do you grind?

Just moved up this weekend to £5.5 sngs single table (play 4tables with an extra 1 'sitout' until I bust out of one of the original 4 or get to 15bb)

also play MTT upto$2.40 freezeout or .50c rebuys with a 1 rebuy personal rule.

did my br ($90) on Stars last year so mainly play on other sites with my pokerstrategy $50, $7.70, $8 (and waiting for my $20PKR).

Realised last week I had 1,500points on stars so started doing satellites Now br has gone from $0.02 to $72 (happy days)

I do also grind nl4 although that is harder than it looks! -$25 at present!

I find that if I play one type for too long I get 'tunnel vision' and missread villians & pot odds so mixing my games up helps me focus.
NEVER MIX GAMES IN THESAME SITTING THOUGH!!! .

HEM2 is so worth it! I would actually recommend making that you priority! It helps on so many levels.

Once you get to grips with the HUD it's amazing how much you reads improve (Pre & Post Flop).

The reports are great also as you can not only see all your stats but also how you perform against individual players. This is handy when for against regs as you can work out how they trap!

If I had not had HEM2 in the Sunday Storm I would not have been able to make this call. Now it's not played as the book says and heres my reasoning.

sb= Call station fit(raise)/miss (checkfold) so no worries from him as pre he would 3bets with 9s+

villian = 38vpiv, 12pfr, & 5 post flop aggr. noted that he always cbets flop& turn. Although a few hands before he had slow played AJ from same position so I was 80% sure he had no ace.

After flop With 2ptk I was still 80% sure I was ahead so decided to let him bet (If I donk he folds or pushes allin and a bit harder to make call here). This way I know where I am (as he slowplays Ace).

When the ace came on turn I'm 90 sure I have winning hand which has massive improve potential. Again if I bet he could fold and as I had already decided to do my stack on this hand might as well make sure all his chips were in there!

Without HEM2 stats I would have to fold this preflop!

Did some grinding over the last few days and went down to $100, then had a great but really frustrating run on some MTT's today.

Got knocked out in the last 150 of a 8000 man tournament...collected $45 dollars but got kicked off from me having AJ and him A 10 and Q109 on the flop and no runner on the turn or river.

I was completely gutted...final table over $1000 payout and I was cruising. Got my KK's cracked twice in this tournament too but AQ and A5...but played pretty much perfectly. Game is definitely improving

This week is going very well...had a little downswing but kept my game solid!

Had a really busy couple of games so only managed some NL5 tonight...played around 3 hours and lost some cash but played very well...got donked out by some flush chasers and bad beats but kept a solid game.

Tomorrow I'm playing the 1 Million anniversary game on Pokerstars! Going to dedicate around $20 to side tournaments on the night.
150k guarenteed for 1st place and cash in the top 13k players.

You need to buy HM2 today and get $ off through Poker Strategy. The small stakes version is only $25 (~£16+what ever rip off charge your bank makes for foreign currency transactions).

Done. HM2 has been downloaded...had a little problem with the Postgre SLQ and haven't fully sorted it yet, but I'll check out the FAQ's later.

Currently playing the 1Million anniversary game so can't sort it out now as it requires Pokerstars to not be open to run the installation program.

Bought the full $55 dollar version as a statement of commitment to my game!

I'll be posting later of my experience in this gigantic tournament...currently 116000 playing, $1,160,000 in the pot and registration still has 90 minutes left...so come and join the fun!

Wow what a mess around getting HM2 up and running! Crazy mess sort out the postgreSQL and then fiddling with pokerstars options to import folders etc.

Definitely a learning curve. I've spent around an hour looking at the various tabs in HM2 and have managed to link my Pokerstars account to it finally!

HUD is up and running and there's lot's of numbers flashing up that I don't really understand quite yet But the important thing is that it is up and running and again I am playing some sweet poker!

Not forgetting I only started with $100 8 days ago I'm running very well!

I want to really delve deep and understand the HM2 program...seems a waste of $55 otherwise.
