Stats would help, but looks like a good fold.

CO and BU have to be very LAG to justify a cold 4bet with AK as a mid stack.

Both passive players as have really low PFR. That did come into my mind when making this fold

Good fold.

Vs loose passive opponents you should not have big fold equity on a 4bet and BU's range will not be wide enough to make a 4bet with AK +EV. Due to the high ICM (mid stack on the bubble) I like your fold.
