Thanks for the support everybody! Things didn't go too well today, but I'm pretty sure I can beat that level on next attempts! So I dropped down enough to move back to 7$ SnGs, hopefully I can get back to 15s as soon as possible! Oh and by the way, on 15s I met another Estonian who seems really good, added him on skype and will do sweat session with him on thursday=) looking forward to it.

I decided I'm not gonna completely leave 15s yet, gonna mix 7s with 15s. Main reason for it is that the Estonian I met yesterday said that moving down after 10BI swing is a bit too weak or so.. Gonna start a session now : p

Yay I managed to make some nice profits today, tomorrow I'm only gonna play 15s again unless I drop big again, mixing 7s and 15s worked well for me. Tomorrow I will do a sweat session with the Estonian I talked about earlier aswell. Alright gonna go sleep now good night everybody:)

Nice job on moving up to the 15s man Definitely agree with your Estonian friend that you shouldnt drop limits after a couple of BI. Your just loosing out on money if your a winning player constantly moving back down to the 7s. Definitely dont need to wait till you have 1500 to move up either as thats 200 BI at the 7s. Why not trying to stay at the 15s unless you drop to lets say 1k then move down to 7s and move back up to 15s when you have over 1k again. IMO something like this is a much better option than constantly moving up and down. :f_grin: As for the HEM problem did you check that all your games are finished in HEM? Maybe you got disconnected and HEM didnt track the results.

Thanks man, yeah I think I shouldn't drop limits this fast, but I'm kind of a nit with BRM, I think I will start mixing 7s with 15s if I drop below 1350 and move completely to 7s when I'm at 1000. This guys blog is awesome by the way everybody check it out!

Soo.. unfortunately the Estonian who I was supposed to sweat with today had to go to theater as a surprise, but we will sweat tomorrow. Played good and exploited (I think I did) two really big winning regulars today who were on sharkscope leaderboards. Oh by the way, I might get on the leaderboards aswell if I make some more hundreds, it says on 2012 20th guy has made 1.4k profit on 7.01-15$ SnG 9 man fullring, so I'm probably not far away since I started 7s with 400$ BR. What else.. hmm I replied on hand evaluation forums today which I'm feeling really good about that I did (the Estonian I met suggested it to me haha I'm really thankful to him). Hopefully I can grind nicely tomorrow, it's pretty late here so I'm going to bed now, good night.

Today I had a session review with the Estonian, he found few leaks in my game. And I learned how to use ICMexplorer : P I recommend this program to all SnG players, it's really helpful on some spots! I'm catching up with VPPs aswell, geting close to what I need to be at. Tomorrow I'll try to play a lot! What have I learned about 15s? hmm.. idk I feel like this level is pretty easily beatable, I'm trying to not be results oriented or anything, but it really has a lot of bad and exploitable players, even some who are big winners. Hopefully the run-good continues _cool:. Oh and I think today is the biggest winning day I ever had in my poker career so far :f_p:

Ran horribly and lost some moneyz, I'm not gonna move down to 7s until I have 1k$ left, because I'm almost 100% sure I can beat this level. Here are the results, that's just like 14BIs so this is really standard, nothing to worry about.

About 2-3 months ago I used to play 1.50$ fifty-fifty with my friend. And few times we teamed up, when one of us was low on chips we helped each other out. Soo.. When I tried to log on my Pokerstars account today it says my account has been frozen and that I should check my mail box. So I go watch my mailbox and here's the following:

Based on a routine review of your account which indicated unusual play patterns, we have started a more detailed review of your account and play. At this point we must ask that you provide us with some information that will help us to resolve this issue.

First, please explain in detail, any relationship you have with the following players:

''my friends user'

Next, please review the hands copied below and explain your strategy and thinking during the play of the hands.

Your account privileges have been suspended pending the outcome of our review. Playing on PokerStars during this time will cause any such account to be closed and the funds therein confiscated. I sent them message and told them the truth that I really did team up with my friend few times and I apologized. It's pretty cool how their security team actually caught this, I'm impressed! Hopefully I can get my account back as soon as possible, because I want to reach gold star by the end of this month :(

Damn that sucks!

I think if this is first sort of offence you could be let off but really don't know how they deal with this sort of thing ;/

I'm pretty sure a lot of more recreational players must do this a lot without really knowing it's wrong.

So maybe they will accept you being honest and allow you to continue but who knows?

good luck with it anyway!

To team up with someone in a game is 'cheating' the other players involved in that game. I had a suspicion stuff like this was going on by the play i recently witnessed at another site. However, I am at a loss at how any person could not see it as cheating. Granted you apologized, when found out, I might add, but as far as i'm concerned any one that cheats should be banned from every online poker site and indeed every poker forum. However, your admission has saved me because i will never lodge a dime in an online poker site again and I will warn anyone i know against playing with their money online. So you have my gratitude for that at least!

wow. i'm impressed by that. how did they caught it ? i start to like this site more!

cheating is bad dude. i give u credit for telling the truth and i hope you get your account back. but be carefull next time.

So sorry to hear of this. What's the latest situation? I would advise you to write to the security team a sincere apology stating that at the time you we're not looking at it in the way of cheating but just having some fun with a friend and helping each other although you soon realised that it was unfair to other players and so you decided to start to play the game seriously and now have built up a bank roll of $1500 from nothing.

Tell them that you understand fully that you were in the wrong but if they were to investigate your play in the past couple of months they will be able to see that you are no longer cheating and playing fair and actually doing quite well from it.

This will be your only chance in getting your account back. Failing that then I would offer to them to deduct all monies that you profited from in the games with your friend to be deducted from your account balance and you can assure them that it will never happen again.

All the best!
