I think the pot is way too small when the flop comes out. I can understand why you did not raise preflop, but given such a strong flop I would've advised at least a 1/2 pot bet, purely for value. With a hand like this (Where it's unlikely you can be beat) I would definitely start playing for value.

Although slowrolling your trips seems to have paid off here.

Calling the turn again, I disagree with. I would've maximized value, maybe a min-reraise. Although, your continued slowplay of this hand seemed to pay off.

Once the river card came, it pretty much changed nothing on the board unless someone had been holding pocket queens the whole time - which due to the lack of reraise preflop, I doubt.

Here, I would've pushed all in for maximum value. If they're willing to bet the turn and river, it's very likely they feel they have the best hand and would've called your push - but either way, you would take down the pot.
