Account currencies are plenty. Just start creating account and you'll see them.

For MasterCard you have GBP, EUR, USD and PLZ if I remember correctly.

Hi Heave112,

If you still have the problem, please send me your customer ID on private message and I'll try to help.

Thanks,

Martin

Hello SkrillMBMC,

I know you already heard this request before but, just to let you know, please make the Skrill card available in Brazil. It´s been a long time I want to use this card over the neteller one but just can´t because it´s not available here.

Thanks.

Hi suaveplayer,

Yes, we have a lot of requests regarding the availability of the Moneybookers Prepaid MasterCard outside of the EU and while we are devoted to improving our product I cannot promise anything so far.

Thanks,
Martin

Hi janushr,

Unfortunately won't be available to Croatian residents untill the country becomes a full member state. Congratulations on the positive referendum vote :)

I would go for EUR card as Latvia probably getting EUR soon. I am from Estonia and I used to have EEK account which was changed to EUR. Ask MB to close your account and get a new one in EUR. Withdraw from Pokerstars in EUR and pay with card. Then you only pay conversion 1 time.

Hey, you mentioned something about VIPs getting a free card. Is it still country-restricted, meaning that the countries that can't get it "normally" don't get it as a VIP either?

And any news about Serbia being added?

Hey cutegoldfish,

I had a quick look around but I couldn't find any information. I guess you can email pokerstrategy@moneybookers.com and they should have the answer you require.

Regards,
Gary

Alright, so I'm looking for a way to change my account currency from USD to EUR, to avoid exchange fees. I can't change the currency of my account as I've got earlier transactions on my account. However, there is a option to close down the account when you're logged in.

Is it allowed to close it down, then just make a new account? Can't seem to find any information about this. Read through some threads and HollyMichelle was kind to remind me that keeping minimal bankroll at a pokersite is not a terrible idea, so here I am!

Interested in same thing as lodinn, and also, how the whole process goes through when paying with skrill mastercard?

For example if I have my skrill account in LTL and my mastercard is in EUR does that mean that whenever I'm paying with it in LTL my account is getting converted to EUR and then back to LTL and I get to pay some fee for all this conversion between EUR and LTL?

Or no currency exchange fee is applied as I pay in same currency as my account? (not same as my mastercard)

Hey guys,

I am not sure if it is possible to change your currencies. I guess you should contact Skrill support for further information as they will know.

Please let me know what they say as no doubt it will be very useful again in the future ;)

Regards,
Gary

it is very well possible to get a different currency account

there is two ways:

- become silver VIP and open a 2nd one
- close old account and make new one in different currency

there is a lof of things to remember though and support will not help with some of them by default. that includes how to being able to use the same email adresses at the pokersites as before etc. etc.

so think if you really want it (obviously worth it if you can save 1.75-2.5% on any transaction) and then find someone who can guide you through the process if you want "extras" (use old emails, get money transfered etc)
