For Windows 7/Vista open Start menu then click on control panel, then at programs click uninstall on programs and find Pokerstrategy.com sidekick and double click and remove it.
If you are using XP then I have forgotten how to exactly get to control panel, but it should be through Start menu again.
Not gonna even ask why you are removing it as I can see the reasons.

Yes, I would assume you can un-install it the way you un-install any other programs on your computer.
I'm curious though as to why you want to uninstall it

yeah i thought that but when i loaded the programs i have on my pc it didnt show up but i found it thanks
