I think you can reasonably put villain on a pair here - limp, call raise, donk on low paired flop.

Any bet you make is now a pure bluff so unless you are confident of getting villain to lay down a pair on this board its a fold.

Calling is a possibility but you are then just hoping to hit the turn or bet him off if an overcard like K or Q hits board

Same applies here. This board is slightly worse because there are a couple hands in his range that may continue bluffing the turn. But whatever, call flop evaluate turn.
