i don't particuarly understand the bet on the turn at all here you are holding a low middle pair on a board you cannot represent many hands at all. in reality, even your bet on the flop is close in my book, as there is connected cards and a possible flush draw, but you are still in alright position to cbet just about.
but on turn i think it is a 100% checkbehind, you hold a weak/medium strength hand, you are not playing for value you are playing for pot control, and 2nd barrelling doesn't really make sense in this case.

Another tip, is please delete the part of the hand after the spot you are questioning, and just put ??? on the action you are unsure of, mention in the preamble anything else you are unsure of ♦.
