Discussed in today's coaching.

4 bet preflop and shove flop against loose preflop opener.

Call the 3 bet preflop and fold flop unless you improve against a tight preflop opener.

As played:

Flop I prefer donking than going for a checkraise as the SPR is 2 meaning you can be allin on the turn by betting flop and turn. You risk villain checking the flop back which would be a horrible result when you go for a checkraise (though villain is loose and likely to cbet here we can guarantee getting allin by donking).

As players tend to donk draws and checkraise with made hands, by donking we also disguise our hand better.
