That's unfortunate but there is nothing that can be done now. If you haven't abided by the terms and conditions of the promotion then you can't expect something to be done in all fairness.

In future I suggest you thoroughly read through all the terms and conditions of all promotions and ask us or Poker room support any necessary questions.

yes i got 10$ of july but this month i did'nt get anything...

No reply from Strategy support, it's weekend today, they might need some more time to response.
