I'm uncertain how easy it would be to implement something like that into the software. As a quick fix, however, you can use the following tag:

[color=#eaeaea]text you want to be hidden[/color]

It will come out like this (highlight to read):
Text you want to be hidden

This will unfortunately not work for pictures or emoticons.
