I was looking forward to a reply from a moderator and like I said before to the coach I'll say it also to you VorpalF2F.
I was pissed off because I felt cheated!!! I don't know if that happen to you (and it is very likely) but it felt like someone is f**king you brain. Not a nice feeling, you have to give that much.
I accept my mistake for blowing up, for my "short wick"! And like I said over and over again, I tried to sort things quietly and I write to customer support 3 times! And with no good explanation and no apology at all customer support made a fool of me. And you are judging me not that I wasn't been lie to (as you and the coach before establish), not that I wasn't been offended, not that I wasn't been humiliated, but cause I don't treated all of this with respect! - guilty аs charged.
And you and some others hire are telling me that I am supposed to be grateful about it? I most certainly will not be!
And once again to clear the air about the terms and conditions - they ware change in the middle (without ever telling me about it) and not caring if I accepted something else in the past!!!
Let's not full our self, PkrStrategy like any other company is based on one thing and one thing only - making profits, so this have nothing to do with deserving bonuses. Giving boniness to me or to anyone else is not a mistake, it is a way to make more profits for PkrStrategy (I am sorry but you must learn about promotions on your own). The mistake is what PkrStrategy did to me, and to everybody else; and not just this, a whole list of things that PkrS even dear to do to us, the customers!!! All of this, like you said VorpalF2F, is a measure of character -- of course or lack of it...
I don't know what give you the right to judge me VorpalF2F?? Maybe you think that I am a bad man or what ever (btw, I don't care), but the thing is that you dare to judge me and some other members hire! What give you the right to do so? Are you God 's right hand? That my friend speaks about your character -- of course or lack of it! But f**ked it, nobody is perfect!!!
Think of it as you would your personal and business image in real life. Pointing fingers and judging will not help your personal and business life image.
Judging the people (customers) who every month give you money (pay check) for nothing by mistake will not serve to get them to give you more.
If the rules changed in the middle, that sucks - but for the company that makes it, cause that intentionally hurts the customers - the main reason that this company exists!!!
But the last part is not important until Matej and YinY are hire. It will be wool as long as sheep are hire - my people like to say!
As soon as Matej, and YinY and some others understand what I am talking about, and to stop harassing me and start supporting me, things will be far more better for everyone!

Yes, I understand how you feel.
Similar things to this have happened to me twice -- on two different rooms.
One case was cleared up by conversations with both PokerStrategy.com customer support, the the poker room customer support.
In the second case, I had misunderstood the T&C, and that was the end of it.
I had thought that PurpleFizz had closed this thread, however it seems to still be open.
I will close it now.

My only reason for posting in this thread was an attempt to get people to be civil to each other.
