i think pushing pre maybe bad here. I would probably just call preflop with all that limp action behind you but i'm interested to hear others opinions.

@mishh06: pushing is not so bad because we can usually assume that in all the positions after the UTG+2 openlimp, JJ+ etc raise. so we only have to factor in UTG+2's openlimping range into whether this is a +EV move, and i think generally the players are fishy enough to give you enough equity against his openlimping range to make it a shove, especially with so much dead money.

a flip is more profitable then limping for setvalue. Much dead money, so if aj calls, you still have a good deal. I don't see jj+ call here so often.

It's an easy shove preflop: there's so much dead money in there and its very unlikely that you are behind as JJ+ would have raised. Furthermore, even if you get called by 2 overcards you have a profitable flip (dead money). However, it will be very hard for your opponents to call with anything but AK which is also unlikely since they would have raised preflop.

Against thinking players this is a spot where I'd shove a wide range, e.g. any pocket. Its so hard for any bigstack to call you as they typically have not the strongest hand and don't want to play a big pot OOP, but also don't want to isolate because of the bad risk-reward scenario.

without additional reads on the FIRST limer its a very standard (and instant) push preflop
