hey gerv

When he 3 bet to 4BB i didnt give him to move credit, i was planning on 4bet folding as a bluff as i didnt think my hand played well if he was willing to continue. When he just flats, does a bet of like $1.8 or something on this flop and fold to a raise or c/f if he calls and he dont improve do the same job as a shove or?

Hey,

I will just leverage my whole stack in there actually and do not allow them to make the lousy call. Even though you know a call is terrible, they are fish so they can still call in theory

So when he calls, your only move is to shove on any Flop basically because math dictates he is just going to fit/fold or call way too loose

Best regards,
Gerv

So you just shove 44bb over just a 4bb 3bet? It just seems so much, is it just because the BTN is a massive fish and so loose that we might do this? against a TAG what a smaller 4 bet be better?

Yes if the looser they are, the more of a liability calling becomes. Calling seems silly and looks silly & stupid. But they can still do it, they are legally allowed to call, fold or reraise you. Most people will fold or reraise because they get taught to do that. Now these people mostly will just feel whatever they will do.

Now regulars know calling is superterribledeluxe so they either fold or shove. Therefore raising smaller is preferred as you risk less.

Now what do you do when you have a Fish & a Regular in the pot and you want to squeeze? It depends who is acting first and I want you to find it out for yourself first :)
